Dorden Bivings (Knight): Dordan is a Villanova University graduate - B.A. Economics.in 1994. He did not major or minor in theatre at Nova, but was involved in many productions. He also ppeared in few local commercials and productions. Dordan has served as musical director for a local band, Special Blendz, for 5 years. He is a ocal working musician and hopes to release first solo CD by spring of 2001. Dordan has a son.


Michael Dura (Weinand, Eck) Michael has been actively involved in theatre, dance, music, and film in the Philadelphia area and elsewhere for the past twenty years, playing a range of characters from Tarzan to Thomas Becket. He was a regular with Big Mess Theatre for the length of its existence and has also performed with such groups as Independent Theatre at the Brick Playhouse. He frequently joings forces in performance works with his brother, Thomas. During this year’s fringe festival, he was seen as the speaking machine in Bell and Clock at St. Augustine’s Church.


Bill Braak (Hans): Although this is Bill Braak’s first production with Iron Age, he has over twenty-five years acting and directing experience. As an actor, he has played such diverse roles as DeSade in The Marat/Sade, Petruchio in The Taming of the Shrew, Iago in Othello, Sir Peter Teazle in School for Scandal, and Henry in The Real Thing. His directing credits include Neil Simon’s Rumors and Brighton Beach Memoirs, as well as Romeo and Juliet and Twelfth Night. After receiving his Masters degree from the University of MIssouri-Columbia, Bill worked with Circle Repertory Company in New York before returning to the Philadelphia area.

Garrett Lee Hendricks (Tetzel): Garrett was last seen as Edmund in King Lear. He is a recent and relieved graduate of The University of the Arts. He thanks God for this opportunity to perform.

Gene D’Alessandro (Lucas, Pope Leo): Gene D’Alessandro was last seen performing in an Old City street as part of ”Curbside Chronicles” for the Philly Fringe Festival. Last year he performed in the acclaimed Vox Theater production of “Dealer’s Choice.” A graduate of Temple University’s School of Communication and Theater, Gene is delighted to work with Iron Age on John Osborne’s classic text.

Bayard Walker (Staupitz):Bayard most recently appeared as Uncle Freddie in Hunger Theatre’s production of Bent. He has also worked at the Wilma Theatre Arcadia), The Walnut Street Theatre (The Rivals), and in numerous ITs at the Brick Playhouse. In addition to his stage work, he appears frequently in local and national commercials and industrial films.


Gerre Garrett (Kate): Gerre played Nurse Ratched in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and Grace in Requiem for a Heavyweight. She has appeared in An Evening with Frankenharry with Harry Philibosian and Frank X directed by Bruce Graham. She also appeared in bruce Graham's Moon over the Brewery, The Best of It at the Painted Bride, Ficticious Theater Co's Blue Window and the Philadelphia Fringe Festival. She teaches acting an Villanova University and Venture Theater.


Ray Saraceni (Luther): Ray Saraceni is a frequent performer with Iron Age Theatre where he has been seen as Lou in The Speed of Darkness and Vinnie in Simpatico. He appeared as the Ghost/Player King in Philadelphia Shakespeare’s Festival production of Hamlet. Ray won critical acclaim with his performance as Roy Cohn in Angels in America. He recently appeared at the Fringe festival. Ray has a Master’s Degree from Villanova University and teaches theater history at Lehigh University.
