The Company

Randall Wise, co-founder of Iron Age Theatre, is from Wyoming where he still spends about half the year. Wise has a Masters Segree in Theatre from Villanova University. He wrote the hit play "Tunnel," and has several other scripts in the works, in addition to directing for Iron Age.


John Doyle is the co-founder of Iron Age Theatre. He has a master's degree from Villanova University and specializes in graphic design, lighting design, and script analysis. John is an English teacher and the program director of the Barrymore nominated children's arts camp, Kids: The heart of the Arts at the Montgomery County Cultural center. He also acts as manager of the Centre Theater.



Ray Saraceni is a frequent performer with Iron Age Theatre where he has been seen as Lou in The Speed of Darkness and Vinnie in Simpatico. Most recently he appeared as the Ghost/Player King in Philadelphia Shakespeare’s Festival production of Hamlet. Ray won critical acclaim with his performance as Roy Cohn in Angels in America. Ray has a Master’s Degree from Villanova University and teaches theater history at Lehigh University.



Anthony M. Giampetro, from Bryn Mawr, played Mountain in Requiem for a Heavyweight at the Montgomery County Cultural Center. He has acted at the Philadelphia Theatre Co., the Philadelphia Drama Guild, Philadelphia Festival Theatre and Villanova University. He appresed as Hoss in The Tooth of Crime. Anthony appeared as Chief Bromden in the critically acclaimed One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest and Carter in the Philadelphia premiere of Simpatico.



William Rahill has appeared in numerous productions with Iron Age. His favorites include: Kliney in TUNNEL at Eastern State Penitentiary, Joe in The Speed of Darkness and in Belmont Avenue Social Club. He appeared in Eugene O’Neill’s Hughie at the Theatre Center in New York City.


Originally from Texas, Laurie Norton has appeared in Racing Demon, In the Boom Boom Room, and Angels in America at Villanova Theater. She was nominated for a Barrymore for Best Supporting Actress and was the City Paper Editor's Choice for Philadephia's Best performers in 1997. Laurie was Cecilia in Simpatico and Joan in Seventy Scenes of Halloween.


Dordan Bivings is a Villanova University graduate - B.A. Economics.in 1994. He did not major or minor in theatre at Nova, but was involved in many productions. He appeared as the Knight in Luther. He also appeared in few local commercials and productions. Dordan has served as musical director for a local band, Special Blendz, for 5 years. He is a ocal working musician and hopes to release first solo CD by spring of 2001. Dordan has a son.


Michael Dura has been actively involved in theatre, dance, music, and film in the Philadelphia area and elsewhere for the past twenty years, playing a range of characters from Tarzan to Thomas Becket. He was a regular with Big Mess Theatre for the length of its existence and has also performed with such groups as Independent Theatre at the Brick Playhouse. He frequently joings forces in performance works with his brother, Thomas. During this year’s fringe festival, he was seen as the speaking machine in Bell and Clock at St. Augustine’s Church. He also appeared as Eck and Weinand in the Iron Age production of Luther.


Rose Evans is making her first appearance with Iron Age after working behind the scenes on Simpatico. As a member of the Vagabond Acting Troupe, Rose has previously performed at the Centre Theater in productions of The Snow Queen and Life is a Dream. She is also a member of the Brick Playhouse where she was last seen in two short plays: Shine Him Up and The Gift in the Best of IT.


Gerre Garrett played Nurse Ratched in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and Grace in Requiem for a Heavyweight. She has appeared in An Evening with Frankenharry with Harry Philibosian and Frank X directed by Bruce Graham. She also appeared in bruce Graham's Moon over the Brewery, The Best of It at the Painted Bride, Ficticious Theater Co's Blue Window and the Philadelphia Fringe Festival. She teaches acting an Villanova University and Venture Theater.


Jennifer Margasak appeared as Julia Farnsworth in Heaven Can Wait, Golde in Requiem for a Heavyweight and then as Sandy in One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest. She is currently a member of the Highbourne Ladies where she draws most of her inspiration.
